All bookings are from 4pm on a Saturday, departing the following Saturday by 10am. Once booked, arrangements will be made for handover of the keys.

We can consider midweek and weekend breaks out of peak seasons and when there is availability,  please contact us for more information.
There is a once-weekly maintenance visit including a linen change and the pool and gardens are attended to twice weekly.

50 % of the rental price is due within two weeks of the request, the remaining 50% eight weeks before arrival. Booking less than four weeks before arrival requires 100% of the payment at the time of booking.

Guests will be met at the villa and will have a contact number in case any assistance is required.

All prices exclude an additional charge for the use of air conditioning. Rental prices are based on up to four people sharing.

The Villa will be inspected prior to arrival and departure and all breakages must be refunded in full

Long let is available from October to April at £ 350 per week depending on length of let.
